Q2: Can I get a sample?
A: Of course, stock samples will be free for you, but mostly freight collection.
Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A: The stock sample would be within a day. The production lead time is about 7-30 days, depending on your order quantity.
Q4: What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: We can accept T/T and L/C at sight: 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Before you pay, we'll provide photos or videos of the products and packages.
Q5: What are your terms of delivery?
A: Fedex/DHL/UPS/***/EMS for sample. By air/sea/train for batch goods; Airport/port/station receiving. Customers are free to specify freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods.
