A: Stock samples are free, but freight is mostly collect.

 

Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?

A: Stock sample in 1 day. Production lead time depends on order quantity, around 7-30 days.

 

Q4: What are your payment terms and trade terms?

A: We accept TT 30% deposit and 70% before shipment,  L/C at sight. Photos of products and packages will be shown before balance payment.

 

Q5: What is your terms of delivery?

A: Fedex/DHL/UPS/***/EMS for samples. By air/sea/train for batch goods. Customers can specify freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods.
