Q2: Can I get a sample?
A: Absolutely, we provide stock samples free of charge, with freight typically collected.
Q3: What are the sample lead time & production lead time?
A: Stock samples are ready within 1 day. Production lead time varies with order size, generally ranging from 7 to 30 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: We accept TT, Paypal, and L/C at sight. A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. We'll provide product and packaging photos prior to final payment.
Q5: What are your terms of delivery?
A: For samples, we use Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS.
For bulk shipments, delivery options include air, sea, or train, with airport, port, or station receiving.
Customers may specify freight forwarders, or negotiate shipping methods to meet their needs.
