Q1: Are you a Trading Company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer and have been at the forefront of the healthcare business since 2005. We welcome you to visit our factory at any time!
Q2: Can I get a sample?
A: Certainly, we offer stock samples free of charge; however, freight is typically collected.
Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A: Stock samples are ready within 1 day. Production lead time varies depending on the order size, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: We accept TT, PayPal, L/C at sight, with a 30% deposit and 70% due before shipment. Photos of the products and packaging will be provided prior to final payment.
Q5: What are your terms of delivery?
A: For samples, we use FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS.
For bulk orders, delivery is conducted via air, sea, or train, with reception at airports, ports, or stations.
Customers may specify freight forwarders, or we can discuss negotiable shipping methods.
