A: Absolutely! We offer free stock samples, with freight usually being collect.
Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A: Stock samples are ready within a day. Production lead times vary based on order size, ranging from 7 to 30 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: We accept TT, Paypal, L/C at sight with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. We will provide product and package photos before final payment.
Q5: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We use Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS for samples,
and air/sea/train for larger shipments; accommodating airport, port, or station pickup.
We can work with customer-specified freight forwarders or discuss alternative shipping methods.
