A: Absolutely, stock samples are complimentary, though the freight is typically collect.
Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A: Stock samples are dispatched in 1 day. Production lead time varies with order quantity, ranging from 7 to 30 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: We gladly accept TT, Paypal, and L/C at sight. A 30% deposit is required, with the balance payable before shipment. We'll provide product and packaging photos before requesting the balance payment.
Q5: What are your terms of delivery?
A: For samples, we use FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS.
Batch goods are shipped via air/sea/train, with receiving options at airports/ports/stations.
Customers are welcome to specify freight forwarders or negotiate shipping methods.
