A: Certainly, stock samples are available free of charge, though freight is typically collect.
Q3: What is the lead time for samples and production?
A: Stock samples are ready within 1 day. Production lead time is contingent on your order quantity, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days.
Q4: Could you outline your payment and trade terms?
A: We accept TT, Paypal, and L/C at sight, with 30% deposit and 70% due before shipment. We will provide photos of the products and packaging before you remit the balance.
Q5: What are your delivery terms?
A: For samples, we use FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS.
For batch goods, delivery is by air/sea/train, with airport/port/station receiving.
Customers may specify freight forwarders, or we can negotiate shipping methods.
